From first appointment to final disposal, Qualitas will inspect, maintain and prepare the asset for sale or letting – providing a complete turnaround service for the asset. Property Status Reports (PSR’s)

An initial investigation of the asset to determine its occupancy status, confirmed location and current condition to aid the manager in ascertaining the next course of action.

Lockdown Service

Initial lock change and securing of the property. Draining down water systems, turning off all utilities and taking meter readings. Sealing of letterbox. Detailed photographic report outlining the condition of the property. Advice on health and safety issues that need to be addressed. Recommendations on repairs or maintenance.

Vacant Property Inspections (VPI’s)

Regular site reports outlining potential health & safety, security or maintenance risks to the asset along with recommendations to rectify any issues.

Boarding and Securing
