David Robertson – Director
David is a co-founder of Qualitas Property Partners. He previously worked for O’Dwyers Property Management where he was responsible for the management of a large portfolio of apartment and mixed use schemes in the greater Dublin area. He also held a senior position in the Irish division of a successful global chain – L’Occitane en Provence, providing solutions on the management and logistics of its operations nationwide.
David received a B.Sc. (Surv) in Property Economics from the Dublin Institute of Technology. He is a proud member of the Irish property and Facilities Management Association.
Jonathan Behan – Director
Jonathan is a co-founder of Qualitas and has over 10 years experience in technical roles, with the majority of this time spent specialising in project and operations management. In his career, he has managed a successful facility service and contract company providing maintenance and refurbishment works to commercial and residential properties throughout Ireland. Jonathan has also spent time in the U.A.E where he established and instigated the growth of a successful manufacturing facility. He has extensive experience working on projects with large contracting firms including John Paul, Pierse, Sisks and Hegarty’s as well as recent refurbishment projects for KPMG, Grant Thornton and EBS.
Irene Zorna – Office Manager
Irene started working in Qualitas in June 2019 at the Position of Office Manager. She has a 13 years experience as a banker at Customer service department and Executive Secretary of the Director
at BLOM Bank Limassol. Also she worked 10 years at JT International as a Personal Assistant to the Director and acting as Office Manager. In 2017 and 2018 she worked in ASBIS Enterprises as secretary and taking care of the office with 100 employees.
In 2007 she attended ‘’Administration Conference’’, in Nicosia by IMH Ltd and in 2008 she attended ‘’Administration & Office Management Professional’’ seminar in Abu Dhabi by Meirc Trading and Consulting.
Irene has a high sense of responsibility , high-level of organizational and communication skills, she is dynamic and able to multitask, good leadership control and she is a reliable person in all aspects of work.
Achilleas Achilleos – Operations Manager
Achilleas joined Qualitas Cyprus as Operations Manager. He has Dipl. Ing. MSc., Electrical Engineering Degree from Stuttgart University in Germany and an experience of more than 30 years as a Property Services Manager in : Melco – Integrated Casino Resorts Cyprus Ltd – Cyprus as Property Services Manager, Christou Consulting Engineers & Associates – Greece / Cyprus as Property Manager Consultant / Contracts Advisor, EMS WLL / ELECTROMECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES – Doha, Qatar as General Manager (Founded and managed operations with 240 team members), TERNA QATAR, LLC – Doha, Qatar as MEP General Manager, ERE CONTRACTING WLL – Doha, Qatar as Head of E/M Operations (Launched and supervised department comprised of 28 Senior Engineers and 880 Technicians).
During his career he has taken over many projects including: Doha City Centre Expansion Project, Phase II, Hamad Medical Corporation Al Khor Hospital Extension Unit , Hellenic Bank and Bank of Cyprus Branches in Greece, Intercontinental Hotel in Athens Greece, Alison Clothing Factory, Buzau, Romania and he also provided services for Government projects and the Qatar Olympic Committee, Aspire Zone, the Qatar Supreme Authority 2022, Qatari Diar and Qatar Army.

Nadina Andreou – Sales and Marketing Executive
Nadina joined Qualitas in 2020, as Sales and Marketing Executive. She brings with her over 15 years of experience in Real Estate, Marketing and Operations, having worked with some of the most prominent companies and organizations in Cyprus in key positions.
She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies from Old Dominion University in the United States of America. Through continuous education and learning, Nadina has completed courses in Sales and Marketing, Project Management, Management of European Funded Projects, Public Relations, Financial Technology and Markets, Business Development and Strategic Growth, Negotiation and Conflict resolution among others.
Nadina has a dynamic, hands-on approach, is adept to multitasking, highly organized and with a professional demeanor. Her communication skills along with her solid character ensure reliability and results in every project she undertakes, with a continuous effort to optimize and streamline processes and procedures to further better results.
